Shipping Policy

Order Preparation

  • Daily Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 5:00 PM are prepared on the same day. Orders placed after this time will move to the next business day.
  • Handling Duration: Orders are prepared for shipment within 0–2 business days (Monday through Friday). Processing times may extend slightly during high-demand periods.

Delivery Details

  • Transit Estimate: After dispatch, deliveries arrive within 6–10 business days (Monday through Friday). Delivery speed can vary depending on destination, carrier operations, and external factors.
  • No Shipping Fees: All orders include free delivery within the United States, regardless of order value or quantity.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking code will be provided so you can monitor the shipment status.

Delayed Deliveries

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check the latest updates using your tracking code.
  2. Allow an additional 2 business days in case of minor delays.
  3. If the order is still missing, contact us at support@avinase.com and include your order reference.

Canceling Orders

If you need to cancel an order, reach out as soon as possible at support@avinase.com. Orders that have already entered processing or shipping stages may not be eligible for cancellation.

Wrong or Damaged Deliveries

If you receive a damaged or Wrong item, take clear photos of both the product and packaging and send them to support@avinase.com. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
