Returns & Refund Overview

• Return Period: Items may be sent back within 30 days from the delivery date.
• No Restocking Charges: Returns and exchanges do not include additional handling fees.
• Refund Processing: Refunds are generally issued within 7 days after the returned item is received and reviewed.
• Return Shipping Cost: The cost of sending items back is covered by the customer.

Starting a Return

To begin a return request, contact us at support@avinase.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be unused, kept in their original packaging, and include any tags or accessories. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Return Process

• Request approval: Send an email with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be processed.
• Follow instructions: Once your request is approved, you will receive the necessary return steps.
• Secure packaging: Pack the item properly to avoid damage during shipment.
• Shipping responsibility: Return shipping expenses remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Details

After the returned item is received and checked, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 7 days. No additional fees will be deducted.

Product Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please email support@avinase.com with the requested replacement details. Instructions will be provided to complete the exchange.

Canceling Orders

If you need to cancel an order, reach out as soon as possible at support@avinase.com. Orders that have already entered processing or shipping stages may not be eligible for cancellation.

Wrong or Damaged Deliveries

If you receive a damaged or Wrong item, take clear photos of both the product and packaging and send them to support@avinase.com. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
